Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at hello@kip.life. If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return postage and original shipping costs

Please note:

  • Original postage costs are non-refundable. If you paid for shipping on your original order, this amount will not be included in your refund.
  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. You will need to cover the cost of sending the item back to us, and we recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you've received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases, we will cover return postage and refund any original shipping costs.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling off period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Original postage and return postage terms above still apply.

Refunds

We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the original shipping cost. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
