Thanks for shopping with kip. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.
Where we ship
We ship worldwide, subject to courier availability and any applicable export or import restrictions. If your country isn't available at checkout, please contact us at hello@kip.life and we'll do our best to help.
Processing times
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking details once it ships.
Shipping options and delivery times
United Kingdom
- Standard delivery: 2 to 4 business days
- Tracked delivery: 1 to 2 business days
International
- Tracked delivery: 5 to 14 business days, depending on destination
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen service.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to courier issues, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@kip.life and we'll help track it down.
Customs, duties and taxes for international orders
For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged on arrival. These charges are set by the destination country and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
We recommend checking your country's customs policy before ordering, as charges vary significantly between countries.
If a parcel is refused at customs or returned due to unpaid duties, the original shipping cost and any return charges will be deducted from your refund.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur additional shipping charges.
Lost or missing parcels
If your tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you haven't received it, please:
- Check with neighbours and household members
- Check any safe places or delivery lockers at your address
- Contact the courier directly with your tracking number
- If still unresolved, contact us at hello@kip.life within 14 days of the marked delivery date (or 30 days for international orders)
Damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@kip.life within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Returns
For information on returning an item, please see our Returns Policy. Please note that for international returns, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and can be significant.
